1. Consider the prompt attendance of your PSA (atleast logging daily and finishing their daily actions).
2. Consider the progressive activity of your PSA (atleast active for last one month).
3. Consider the production activity of your PSA (atleast gained 600vp in a month).
4. Consider the positive acceptance of your PSA of your teaching and guidance (atleast getting regular feed back from them).
5. Consider the persistence activity of your PSA to form a strong team (atleast wishes to develop business).
6. Consider the power achieved by the PSA to make over to leadership level (atleast trying to make up vp to that level).
7. Consider the performance activity of your PSA in playing bidding and winning auctions, playing eager zebra games (atleast joining in other programs of SFI like Wave3, ECA referrals).
8. Consider the productive accomplishment of your PSA in sponsoring their downline (atleast making one PSA under them each month).
9. Consider the patient acceptance of your PSA in the slow and steady accumulation of their commission (atleast accepting the least time of 6 months for that).
10. Consider the positive approach of your PSA towards you and team mates (atleast willing to duplicate all your strategies).
