Dear Friend!

To reassign affiliates in your downline, consider these strategies with them.

1. Consider the prompt attendance of your PSA (atleast logging daily and finishing their daily actions).
2. Consider the progressive activity of your PSA (atleast active for last one month).
3. Consider the production activity of your PSA (atleast gained 600vp in a month).
4. Consider the positive acceptance of your PSA of your teaching and guidance (atleast getting regular

If you're in the process of reassigning people in your downline, you're likely doing so to reward your most active PSAs. Obviously, the biggest reward to them would be other active PSAs--for example, if you have six active PSAs who are doing a great job and are learning how to duplicate their knowledge, assign each of the three weakest PSAs to one of the stronger ones. You might boost productivity somewhat more if you can pair them up by nationality because it will increase the strength of their

It seems that re-assignment is a great way to grow the strength of fellow affiliates who are all ready part of your down line.

It benefits not only you but those who are showing consistent efforts with their SFI work. Reassignment has some rules that need to be followed in order to use this strategy.

Review your down line member's goals and see how their leadership-mentor skills are progressing and developing. Mentoring is the important factor to consider when reassignment is

If you decide to reassign affiliates, be sure they have accumulated at least 600 VPs within the last 90 days.

Also, reassign them to affiliates (no CSAs) living in the same area and speaking the same or a similar language. This will encourage both affiliates to start/continue to work their daily tasks to success. Let them both know (especially the one being reassigned) you are not abandoning them, just trying to match up areas, languages and efforts to help all of you.

Always

The general idea with Reassigning PSA's to Team Members, is to reward, and encourage, along with build up our downline during the process of helping your Team build up themselves.

You can provide reassignments of Recent signups to your active affiliates to boost their activity. You can also assist in their efforts of building an active team. Under no circumstances should one ever reassign an Inactive Affiliate, or an affiliate who had not signed up prior to within a few week period. It

I haven’t yet got an effective strategy for reassigning people in my downline but I am working on it.

Having said that, I will give you what I think would be a good strategy. Firstly go through the list of your team members and select 5 of your hardest workers. They must be PSAs though as you cannot reassign to CSAs.
You need to watch your team members Activity section. You do this by going to the Genealogy and then clicking on their name. Scroll down to the bottom

Reassigning PSAs to members in your downline should be done as an encouragement and a way of helping your PSAs grow their business which automatically increases the commissons you earn from them. Ensure that:
1 ) The benefiting PSAs has been active and hardworking
2) Make sure you have already thought him/her how to be a good sponsor. Refer them to SFI articles on how to be a good sponsor
3)The Affiliate that you are reassing must be active within the last 6 months, generating

Well as much as there are no hard and fast rule over what is really the most effective strategy for reassignments of people under your downline as there is just no one size fits all or magic formula however there are some guidelines which I would stick to and find them rather useful and beneficial to all are as follow:

Placing them together especially if they come from the same country or region or neighboring countries so that there are better synergy and better understanding of cultures

If you want to move some of your direct PSA, the most effective way to do that is through the team contest.

Create an incentive campaign. October just as it began. One of the rewards may be five or ten PSA for all those who reach a certain rank. What rank will be at the end of the month, it's up to you to set the rules of the game.

The incentive campaign only enhances the effect of what you would normally and intend to do, to move some members in the depth of your downline.

The most effective strategy in my opinion is to reassign affiliates to only those members in your down line who are active for some time and you see potential in them to progress. It is very important to be active, because once you reassign to them, they will become new sponsor and it will be their responsibility to give full support and training to their newly assigned affiliates.

It is useless to reassign to an affiliate who is not active, and can not support or train newly assigned
