Be sure that your reassignment will accomplish two things. It must be both beneficiary to you and the person where you assigned the PSA.

Two things to keep in mind.

1. You should be able to earn VP from reassignment - Take note that Points awarded only for transferred affiliates who have generated a min. of 600 VP in past 90 days.

2. You must encourage your PSA to whom you assigned the affiliates by the kind of PSA you assigned to him. So, do not assign affiliates

Hi Jim.

SFI recommends that you use your Movers and/or your Genealogy, to identify your five best, most active PSAs. You are going to want to help each of these five become a Team Leader. If you don't yet have five PSAs that are working, start with the ones you do have. You can add active PSAs as you receive them. Make sure that you equally
reassign affiliates to your working PSAs.

Don't worry about reassigning affiliates, because you can earn Matching VPs on every

In my experience, don't reassign affiliates until you have a plethora of EAs to assign to team leaders or other loyal EAs. SFI is a solid business with a long range strategy. Most affiliates will not last a year and many for much less time. So reassigning affiliates becomes fruitless when you do gain the downward synergy required for massive duplication. This is the only reason that you will need to reassign affiliates.

You will find that some affiliates will not work as diligently

As is often mentioned here; it is better to build deep than to build wide, in order to get the benefit of leverage income, so my most effective strategy would be:

1. Incentive and motivation

You may use reassignment as incentive for members of your team to attain their first rank in SFI, EA by letting them know you will reassign a particular number of affiliates to them. Also some members of your team may still be on the face waiting for a push to the right side of it, so you

Hi JIm,

To reassign PSAs in your downline, the most effective strategy i recommend is

1. Review your Movers tab and Genealogy to identify your 5 most active affiliate.

2. Next, you reassign other active PSAs to your 5 most active PSAs you have identified from (1) the above

3. Ensure that the reassign PSAs understands and speak the same language with those to whom they have been reassigned. This is to avoid communication problems that may arise subsequently.

I ussualy reassign people in my team in 2 or 3 models.
1. When some of my PSA reach EA status I reasign them some PSA to help them to learn to be a leader, and to earn VP for sending Team mail (they will learn how to become a valuable leader and to communicate with their team, which id important for their progress)
2.When some of my PSA need help to reach a next Leader status, I reasign them some working PSA to help their progress (this strategy make grow their teams, and my too)

Effective is a relative word, based on time-tested results, but can differ in some cases. However I give you my ideas for you to consider.

1. Never reassign active affiliates.
2. Never reassign X under Y if X has joined at an earlier date than Y.
3. Never reassign X under Y if X is in a better position than Y.
4. It is always better planning if both are from the same country.
5. It is always better planning if both speak the same language.
6. It is always

Best strategy is be VERY Generous!

When looking at reassigning PSA under other PSA I see everyone making comments about putting people who are from same countries together, or choosing people that were active in their first month but seem to be lost now or on vacation, and many are warning about the PSA you give this gift to going inactive as well.

Give freely to your active PSA without reservation.

Give active workers who will boost your receiving PSA's team because

Reassigning affiliates can be a great way to reward some of your go-getters.

Before you reassign an affiliate try and ensure that the have earned at least 600 vp in the last 90 days. There is 2 reasons for this, 1. It shows that you're not just reassigning inactive affiliates and, 2. You get 5 VP for each one.

Also before you reassign an affiliate make sure that the person you are assigning them to is worthy of them. There is no quicker way to put off an affiliate than to be

I follow a strategy that seems the most logical to me.

1. I re-assign people to my workers as a way to acknowledge their hard work.
I assign as reward, not incentive.

2. If it is possible I re-assign people to workers that speaks the same language or
live on the same continent at least. The reason behind this is that they might
get an inactive affiliate to become active because they can help him or her in
his own language and they face similar
