1. Be trustworthy to your team members before reassign people to them. You have to make sure that you really know your active downline which at your top 50 movers. To know their activities, their background detail with SFI record. To know them with the details is one of the best strategies to reassign your people to them.
2. Find business minded among your team leaders or pro-active PSA. These are the best strategy to reassign your people under your team to build up their team.
3. Creativity - When come to the strategy of reassign people in your downline, you as a team leader must know which team leader or your PSA, you have to be very creative when reassign people to your downline.
4. Before you reassign people to your downline, you have to think that you have to deal with your downline whether they want to participate in your offer to help them to build their business. This is how to deal with your team to making them excited with your SFI team and for sure they will think of it and agreed with your suggestion, tips and idea.
