Unless we develop a Strong and Active Team and ensure it multiplies at a reasonable pace we ourselves will not grow!!
If we do not show results of our growth for others to see how can we introduce people to SFI Business?? Fact!! isn't it??
So, Success here depends on one major Factor - DUPLICATION!!
In order to ensure this, reassignment is a tool available to all of us.
This will be effective only when we take care of the following factors while reassigning members to our Team Members:
1. It should be a kind of motivation to a Team member who is sincere but is unable to create a PSA of his own;
2. Inactive PSA should not be transferred to a Team Member who is also inactive;
3. Reassignment should not be done just with an aim to get some VersaPoints;
4. Reassignment should be done to a Team Member who is promising and active;
5. Reassignment does not absolve of our responsibility towards that particular person; We should do enough follow up;
6. Reassignment helps in developing small Teams within the Team. By this, we will be able to focus our attention on weak areas of our Teams;
7. Reassignment should help in taking corrective action at the right time so that growth remains consistent for all the Team Members;
8. If we assign members Country wise/City wise/Area wise it will do a lot of good to the Team, as such.
The spirit of Reassignment should be: Together we Grow!! Together We Win!!
This should always be remembered and demonstrated when ever we indulge in Reassignment of Members!!!
