The most effective strategy in my opinion is to reassign affiliates to only those members in your down line who are active for some time and you see potential in them to progress. It is very important to be active, because once you reassign to them, they will become new sponsor and it will be their responsibility to give full support and training to their newly assigned affiliates.

It is useless to reassign to an affiliate who is not active, and can not support or train newly assigned affiliates.
