Reassigning affiliates can be a great way to reward some of your go-getters.
Before you reassign an affiliate try and ensure that the have earned at least 600 vp in the last 90 days. There is 2 reasons for this, 1. It shows that you're not just reassigning inactive affiliates and, 2. You get 5 VP for each one.
Also before you reassign an affiliate make sure that the person you are assigning them to is worthy of them. There is no quicker way to put off an affiliate than to be reassigned to someone who doesn't care about them.
And lastly, make sure you explain your reasons to the affiliate being reassigned so they don't think you're ditching them.
