Be sure that your reassignment will accomplish two things. It must be both beneficiary to you and the person where you assigned the PSA.
Two things to keep in mind.
1. You should be able to earn VP from reassignment - Take note that Points awarded only for transferred affiliates who have generated a min. of 600 VP in past 90 days.
2. You must encourage your PSA to whom you assigned the affiliates by the kind of PSA you assigned to him. So, do not assign affiliates who did not earn even a single VP.
So the best PSA to reassigned are those who earned at least 600 points in their first month, but because of some circumstance did not continue in their second month.
They might be active in the next months but at least both you and your affiliates whom you assigned your PSA are happy and encouraged.
