Social media provides a unique opportunity to grow a group with similar interest. For example you can start a work from home group that will be giving members tips and opportunities available to work from home.

You will have to follow daily comment so that people do not put there scam that members of your group may join and be hurt. Engage affiliates from one level to another bearing in mind the followers you have are very important.
Decide a single day when you will sponsor the group so that you can get many followers. Create forums for members to post comments and respond to interesting comments on working from home. Offer competitions and awards to winners like if you are the 1000th to join I will send you $20. In some countries 20 dollars is a lot of money so the competition will be real.

Thats a pretty cool question. I am one of the Victims here. My sponsor is a heavy heater (Top en roller) His work is just to enroll people and not bother how they will find there way to growth. I like what Gerry says, Its not the number of the Affiliates but the quality. Honestly, SFI has all kinds of sponsors, those who value quality and those who value quantity

Now the way the system is built in SFI it doesn't really need a sponsor to make someone successful but it needs quality time to study and practice. A sponsor can only help a new affiliate clear the dust and make a few commissions faster and efficiently but he will not make you build your business
SFI has so much staff and your sponsor has already gone through them , he understands them and can give you a sense of direction, by the time you will be knowing about submitting a ticket, you will not have given up. Therefore the role of a sponsor can not be ignored but at the same time do not think that the sponsor is your savior.
I have studied SFI system and I have seen with or without sponsor, money and hurry, anyone can succeed and make a descent living income even more than other professionals.

You only need to follow the basics, stay within the system and stop falling prey to scams that will dishearten you.
Work with realistic goals and ensure if the worst becomes the worst you either sponsor one ECA or ensure one PSA becomes an EA2 monthly, then you will see success come your way

SFI is truly a real business. When an affiliate joins the Company he needs to know that this is not a get rich quick scheme. It is a real opportunity to build great online business. The only thing he needs to do is ensure you make him be comfortable with what he is doing.
Many affiliates give up when they feel that they are not getting money from sfi. As a sponsor who wants to make your team grow uplift the lowly by helping them grow there business. Have a personal touch with at least 5 affiliates and let them know that you are willing to help them build there business in any means
Give them free leads (PSAs) not necessarily reassignment but fresh affiliates who are signing in especially if you have a great mailing list. Let them join and keep on building there business.
Once you have given the direction to the baby and he is automatically a team leader, now send him or her a team mail explaining that he should do the same to atleast 5 people below him
Honestly when he realizes that sfi has the capacity to make him wealthy like that, that is how he will become serious and start making real income from home.

I do not advocate for standing orders unless the affiliates fully understand that standing order wont give him money but it will take away money from him or her

If you want your affiliate to put a standing order, let him know why he is putting one, let him understand, 1500 POINTS he will get from the order will help him qualify for monthly earnings if he has made any and will also help him concentrate on his business
We as sponsors feel good when our downline place standing orders but what is the need of someone placing a standing order and after a month he stops
So when you get one affiliate who places one maximize the opportunity, assign him leads and let him fully see the potential of SFI because that is a person who will make for you lifetime income.

Trust is never a one day affair. It is developed from time to time and may take some time in order for it to be fully developed. What we should do is to establish a culture where our team learn from us. We need to encourage them to do what we do. Before you encourage them and write to them about standing order, you need to make sure you have one.
Secondly you need to write to them real and un exaggerated email. Be very real in your emails. Do not promise what will not happen to your affiliates like earning $10,000 by becoming a platinum team leader. Those are promises that may not happen and will discourage your down line.

Involve them in contest for freebies like Tc credits and PSA sign ups in order to make them active. Use reassignment tool and develop a strong team. Do not hold to affiliates you wont follow up. Just follow up and work with them ensuring that you are consistent and you are on the right track. If you cant reassign them to active PSAs.
Organize for webinars and skype calls to let them see you as a real person and exchange ideas

From this I believe I have quite a lot to talk about SFI. starting with earnings. Many people come to programs to get money, I will share to him how sfi has made me be assured of present and future payments through a well planned compensation scheme. I will stress that with sfi your customer is always your and forever he will be.
Secondly I will stress on freebies. We all in a way like freebies. I will talk of monthly Tc credits I receive as freebies, recognition badges and trainings that expand my knowledge. I will package this hings to make my friend realize it is not just money that drives you in sfi but also additional benefits.
Next my focus will be on leadership and networking. SFI helps a person develop at the same time put into practice the leadership skills required from him in raising the team.
