What really works!
The very first thing I never say is the word "my" as everyone under me, whether
PSA's or CSA's are first and foremost Team Mates and Friends!
The CSA's on the team are in constant contact with me on daily basis and we
treat SFI as a friendship kind of business together as we learn from each other.
I reward good work, and in return they help me to learn what I need to!
With a CSA 5 star rating, They are the world to me and prove it everyday!

If they are really trying hard to succeed here at SFI under you I personally would consider giving them a gift certificate or of our new gift cards to encourage them and help them along as now is your time to be a great sponsor, another avenue i have tried and worked was a gift of 25 Tcredits !
When communicating with my downline, is it best to use the SFI email utility or my own email? What is the most effective?

I would use sfi mail as you have a better chance of reaching someone, sometimes if you aren't white listed ,you message may get lost in a spam folder.

I Have Found That Good Communication And Support With Rewards Has Turned Some Of My Inactive Downline Members To Become So Super Active That I Rewarded Them With 25 TCredits Well Ahead Of My contest End Date ! I Stay In Contact With Them as Often As Possible For Support And Advice,And The Act Of Giving Them TCredits Is A Nice Gift To Give As A Reward , Plus I Make Them Happy Too ! And It Is Not " Pushing Them " As Thats Not Good At All !

Keep yourself prepared to answer any question they may have only after you try to get to know them a little, Don't jump right in with a "pitch approach", most people do not like to get jumped about a sales offer imeidiatly upon approach ! Make them comfortable by letting them talk about what they do and like first, then mention how successful SFI and Tripleclicks members are becoming and how much fun your having, and the products available from tripleclicks, But most of all stress the point that this is all free to learn, no hidden catches, By Then perhaps you have planted the seed , now its up to them !

I Try To Show them my own progress and to teach them where to learn the best ways to do things and to root them on with praise very often, It has turned 5 of my co-sponsored afiliates in to very active people ! I also give them a lot of tips on how to get the maximum VP they can, don't forget small rewards go a long way !
