Whether you are generating Triple Clicks income, ECAs, additional affiliates, be specific. Your goal may be to add three ECAs this quarter and three affiliates. Are your goals measurable? Are your goals attainable? Are your goals realistic and are they timely?
The best goals for your SFI business are goals you feel are the most important steps in growing your business. Perhaps you need additional training in Word Press – how will you obtain this training. A good way to check and balance your skills is to review the Launchpad information you worked through at the beginning.

First, I am glad you posed this question. Be sure to introduce yourself to your team and stay in constant communication with them. Provide them tools, remind them of what is available from SFI to help them learn and grow their SFI business. Lead by example. You need to be an awesome sponsor – optimism is contagious.
Make sure every affiliate you sponsor has checked out the To-Do List at their SFI homepage. Assist them as they proceed through these steps! Make sure their questions are answered. GETTING STARTED IS THE HARDEST PART OF ANY JOURNEY. Your job as a sponsor or a co-sponsor is to be available to your team members. Make sure that you are there to offer friendly guidance and support in a timely manner as your personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs) start out on their journey.
Note! NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, at least half of your affiliates will NOT become successful.
This is not a reflection of you or SFI. It's just the hard, cold reality that most people will not make the commitment and do the work necessary to succeed. Accept and acknowledge this.
ALL WE CAN DO IS GIVE PEOPLE A TRACK TO RUN ON. WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, DRAG THEM ACROSS THE FINISH LINE!! They have to want it.
In short, support your affiliates, be there for them as much as you can (especially at the start), but don't waste time trying to get people to do something who clearly aren't motivated.
Instead, and this is VERY IMPORTANT—when you identify someone on your team who IS motivated, someone who IS willing to learn and apply themselves to achieve success, CONNECT WITH THEM WITHOUT DELAY! These are diamonds in the rough! Make sure they have everything they need. Support them with passion! If you do so, someday they may make you rich!

Depending on what you determine as SUBSTANTIAL income - yes this is more than posible. It would not take 3-5 years to earn a nice income. Nurturing a minimum of five PSAs that work well within the SFI program is a great start. Then each of those PSA gain five solid affiliates - income potential is out of this world. If you only focus on S-Builder Co-op shares you could be comfortable financially in no time. You should keep in mind the freebie ads that can bolster your efforts with very little time. Continue to foster and support your team so they will DUPLICATE your efforts - this is important. Don't lose sight of the beauty of the SFI core program. Keep learning and staying abreast of the various marketing/advertising mediums like social media that can help bring traffic to your site/gateway.

The best incentive to offer a new affiliate is to lead by example. Incentives are nice on occassionally but not to get someone started. Your new affiliate needs to have initiative, dedication and drive to make it as an affiliate marketer. Giving them something in return in the beginning is only enabling them - they will always expect a treat. On the other hand, if down the road you would like to reward someone for a job well done then giving gift cards, T credits, or reassigned affiliates makes sense.

Lead your affiliate to lead as you do - duplication is how this program works.

Complete your Leadership Page, and then keep it fresh by checking it at least weekly for needed updates and/or for adding new content. Send out a weekly newsletter to your entire downline and CSAs. You can use the group mailer in your Genealogy, the PSA Mailer, and/or CSA Mailer. Answer all e-mails you receive from your team members within 24 hours—sooner if possible. Communicate with new PSAs right away. Cheer on all your PSAs who are currently in the E365 contest. Just go to the E365 Leaderboard and select "My PSAs." Tip: Clicking their name will display their Affiliate Snapshot. Their Snapshot contains specific details on their current status in the E365 contest—as well as a link to their VP Ledger so you can see what points are available to them. Use this information to personalize your support messages to them. Spend a few minutes every day at the SFI Forum. Apply and use the SFI Rules Of Success at all times!

While the laws of email marketing vary from country to country, there are some common laws and best practices you should follow. Here are some of the main ones:
You Must Have Permission.
In order for you to put someone on your mailing list you have to have their permission. This can be verbal consent, or if you’re collecting their information online then via a double opt in form. Having a double opt-in form is much better then having a single opt-in form for one simple reason: You get to confirm the provided email address in genuine. If someone only has to provide you with a email address and they’re on your mailing list (As with a single opt in form) there’s no way of knowing they didn’t provide you with a fake email address or that they missed out a letter while typing their address. If you have a double opt in form however, when someone enters their email address they’re sent a confirmation email to their inbox. If they then click on the link inside this email they’ve proven they own the email address and are added to your mailing list. This will mean you don’t end up with lots of ‘dead’ email address on your mailing list and have to pay more money to your email marketing company (With some email marketing companies the more subscribers you have the bigger the monthly fee).
You Must Give Them A Option To Opt-Out.
When you send your subscribers emails, in every email you should give your subscriber an option to opt out of your mailing list and stop receiving emails from you. If you don’t include this and someone wants to stop receiving emails from you, they may mark your messages as spam. This will be bad for you, as get enough spam points alongside your name and you could stop being received by email providers. So while it may seem counter productive at first, making it easy for people to unsubscribe will benefit you in the long run. So how do you make sure people stay on your email list? Send them great quality content, of course!
Make It Clear Who The Email Is From.
When emailing someone you need to make sure you let the person know who the email is from. That means you must include your name within the email, and make it clear why they’re receiving an email from you (E.G. “You’re receiving this email because you’re signed up to the *insert your name or your company’s name here* mailing list”).
Valid Reply Address.
When email marketing, it’s important you give a valid email address subscribers can reply to you via. If it’s not possible to let subscribers reply to the email directly, you must make this clear and provide an alternative email address for them to contact. To make this clear, you may want to make the sending email ‘[email protected]’. Where possible however, you should make your sending email address the one people can reply to for maximum convenience.
Provide Your Postal Address.
In some countries it’s the law to provide your postal address in your emails. This can be a problem for some home based companies who don’t have a office and don’t want everyone knowing where they live, but there are ways to work around that. For example, you may want to get a postal box. This means people won’t see your address directly, although they may be able to get that information with some research. It’s best to check in your country for exact details regarding this situation.

There is a lot of competition in this realm of advertising. Not that you cannot be successful as an affiliate marketer – you can. You need to decide if you are going to be in the top ten search engines or step down a level and advertise with other search engines.
Here is a quick list of items I would consider before embarking in pay per click advertising.
1. Review Your Objectives
What are your business goals you want to achieve? Be specific and write them down.
2. Get Your Customized PPC Advertising Plan
Next, research keywords that your prospective customers could use in search engines to find products and services like yours. Then create enticing ads that customers will want to click. Ads are targeted to the local, regional or national market you serve.
3. Track Your Results

Email signatures are a good way to promote your T Connect page. Free ads directing people to your link are helpful. Stamping or writing the info on a busienss card gets attention to. Use your page as an example when explainging the program to others. I enjoy posting info on my Facebook and Twitter posts.

This is a great question. If you have any hobbies or crafts that you create throughout the year - you can sell these online - some people make jewelry, crafts, etc. and do quite well. Others are involved with companies like ClickBank and resell their items. Another way is to look at items online that you think would sell well and do not cost an arm and a leg to ship. On that company's website you might find an affiliate program to resell their products. Look around your home - is there a book or two that you don't plan to read again? Is someone in your family an Avon representative? The list is endless. Have fun!

Take action. If you are having difficulty getting your sponsor or upline to respond to your attempts at contacting them - something is wrong. Understandably many sponsors have many PSAs and it could be difficult for them to respond in 24 hours - but should do so by 48 hours regardless.When trying to contact them - send individual or personalized e-mails - not group emails to your sponsor, co-sponsor or anyone else in your upline. Hopefully your email address is whitelisted with them. You can use both the team email or target their personal email. If after several attempts you cannot reach anyone in the upline - resort to the Forum and your friends of SFI on Facebook and Twitter. I would also suggest you make contact with the help desk to make sure there isn't a problem when you send out an email on your end or on theirs just to rest easy. We are all here to help you.

Another way to get their attention is to take action. Work on your business daily, gather the VP, keep your site current. By being persistent and consistent you will make the leaders' Movers page and get their attention.
